What are your service hours?

Our working hours are Monday through Friday between 7am and 8pm & Sundays between 7am and 5pm. We also provide after-hours services and respond to emergency calls.

Do I get a warranty?

Yes, but our position on this is very simple. We complete each project thoroughly. If you are not completely satisfied, we will do it again.

Do you charge extra for service outside regular hours?

As long as the appointment is scheduled within our regularly scheduled service hours, no we do not. However, we do charge a fee for emergency service outside our regular working hours.

Why do you charge by the project, rather than by the hour?

Our prices reflect the estimated time, labor, and materials needed for each unique job. Our technicians are trained to provide services with utmost speed and precision, and if that means taking a little extra time to make sure everything is done right, we don’t expect you to pay for it.
